--- Cheap Universal Remote --- Suggestions?

I need one for my Harman Kardon HS100.

I dont have a remote for it. I also need it to be able to go into set up and all those functions so I can change the receiver settings.

Any suggestions? (preferably below $20 dont want to spend much, even if its on ebay)...
