A friend of mine is thinking about picking up this tv. I don't know a lot about it. Any thoughts?

Ive never had a liking for their displays, and at that price the 768p 42 and 50 pannys would come into play..

That was my thinking. I forwarded him the one you recommeded a couple of weeks back that my neighbor ended up buying.
