why do all the awards got to the Ikon6 and not the Ikon7??

I am very curious about this matter and i would like to have your opinions on why do all the awards got to the Ikon6 and not the Ikon7. It is such a mystery to me why this happens? Is the Ikon6 considered to be better sounding than the Ikon7 or is it just considered to be better value for money. The latter wouldnt seem reasonable to me because the difference in their price is only about $500 and you get a big 3 woofer speaker instead.

When I was researching my purchase (see signature), many reviewers felt the Ikon7 was too bass-heavy. Keep in mind, most reviewers for these speakers are European and they don't care for the amount of bass, IMO, that we Americans do. I'd welcome other suggestions as to why the Ikon6 gets the awards over the Ikon7 too...I do like my Ikon's though!

Maybe all the review samples that Dali sent out were of the Ikon6.
