Do they ever let you know your order status or provide you with a tracking number, etc? I placed an order on the 15th and it's always blank beside the "Order Status" field. I've also yet to receive a tracking number or anything. Thanks in advance.

I never see the AH store admin signed in the steam vent. I do not think customer support will see this thread unless a moderator directs them here. You will get a much faster response to your inquiry if you email customer support for the AH store directly.

Yes, the store site has a Contact Us/Support area and has different people running it than this place. I forwarded them a link to this thread.
