LG showed off its enormous 71" plasma television (http://www.audioholics.com/cedia/cedia2004/LGMW-71PY10plasma.php). If you're looking for a high-quality LARGE plasma television, this is an incredible unit. The imposing new 71-inch widescreen plasma high-definition monitor will be available in limited quantities in the United States in the fourth quarter.
LG's MW-71PY10 boasts 1920 x 1080p resolution and is driven by LG’s exclusive XD Engine. This is an incredible display and had a steady stream of people surrounding it at the show. With a display this big, who needs projectors? (Oh yeah, those of us with a budget!)

All I need is a 1080p LCD, DLP, or LCoS and I'll be happy... I'm assuming the "XD Engine" is just a 1080p upconverter? That's a pretty slick set though, what are we talkin', $20,000?

Probably 25 to 30K... plus the worry of burn in!

Dammit! I just want a 50" LCD display, what is taking these manufacturers so long.

The Westinghouse model is supposed to be 46" and in the low to mid 3K range.
