Good News for BD software sales

It looks like a few newer titles are seeing 10%+ sales as BD sales compared to DVD. While that number isn't much it's a lot higher than the 2% or 3% numbers that we saw with a lot of titles last year.

While I don't dare hope for much I can hope that this will be a trend that continues ....

Even a former diehard HD DVD supporter like me will root for this. This time last year it was less than 1% for both formats combined.

I like the coupons that make Blu-Ray's cheaper than the equivalent SD DVD. Now, they just need to bring back the national BOGO's! :D

IMHO, the prices of BD movies still needs to come down before I'll start buying again. Even at Costco, the BD titles they sell are $26. Amazon has a number of BD titles for $14 - $20, but they're older catalog releases.
