Jamo is owned by klipsch group and is a well known brand. They are more popular in Europe than the US but still make a quality speaker. If you have heard those speakers you linked and like them then pull the trigger.

A few people on here have them.

I have never listened to them but Andrew has some and can tell you about them. Actually his are for sale as he is building some DIY speakers. Here is his link:

Never buy a speaker without auditioning several. That said, Jamo does make great speakers.

I know those Jamos look very nice and would fit in perfectly with the decor of my living room. I've never heard any Jamo but was trying to find a place that has them to have a listen.

One place in town says they carry Jamo but in reality they don't - they can order them. If I were sure I would like the sound I could order them but I'm not sure I really want to buy any speakers that I haven't at least heard in a show room.

I listened to some few different brands of jamo speakers, this is a while ago though, never been impressed, but things may certainly have changed since then....

I notice lately that there's also "White Van" Jamo speakers, so be careful. I was walking to my car from a grocery store one day, a kid approached me and said the had some nice Jamo speakers forsale in his van. I came and look, even the boxes look cheap with mumbo jumbo wording (I think I saw List Price on the boxes, I can't think of any legitimate audio company who would do that)

The Jamo cornet 145 is a wonderful little bookshelf speaker. I couldn't believe the sound that came out of them. They are 6ohm speakers. I listened to them without a sub and they had a fair amount of low end but nothing under 100hrtz for sure. The addition of my sub and they started to sing. I am amazed for 10 bucks. Granted they are not b&w but they sound great....
