I'm about to pick up an Integra 9.8 Pre/Pro and a Rotel 1095 Amp. I'll need five 6 foot (or 2M) analog audio interconnects between them. I'm considering Impact Acoustics SonicWave, Blue Jeans LC-1, and would consider other options as well. Does anyone have direct experience with these two analog interconnect cable types (or similar) and have an objective comparison? THANKS!

I'd personally go with the Bluejeans. I haven't used Impact's analog ICs, but they do make quality products as well.

Either of those will work just fine. Quality at reasonable prices.

And I have expected to see an Audioquest or Monster Cable recommendation.:D

You should try out those AudioQuest cables with the battery that isn't physically attached to the wire.:D

Monoprice is another option. Great cables for low cost.

Now, Now Gentlemen. Don't be so cruel to the Audioquest and Monster advocates (and, gee, Audioquest only uses the D.C bias "pixie dust" argument for its tonearm cable. At least as of now... grin:))

Nothing wrong with Audioquest, they make very good cables, as long as you don't pay full price for them and don't buy any of the ones that are higher up in their range which offer no useful benefit.

I agree that AQ are fine. Truth be told, I too have historically used AQ (older Ruby and Topaz) and have some 1M AQ interconnects that I could use - BUT - I now need some 2M (or 6 ft) interconnects and will need to buy those. I initiated this thread to gather whatever objective/comparison info I could regarding BLUE JEANS and IMPACT ACOUSTICS SONICWAVE (or similarly priced) before making my new purchase. THANKS!!!
