Factory refurbished equipment?!?

Maybe you guys can help. Onkyo sent me an email selling their dv-cp701 (6 dvd changer) for $99. Since I have points with them, I can get it for $74. I have never purchased refurb equipment before so I figured I'll ask here if I should. What are your opinions on factory refurbs?

Make sure that it has a full factory warranty with it...if it does do for it
