mitsu 73" diff btwn emerald and diamond

i am going to get a mitsu 73", but what are the differences between the diamond series and the emerald series?

i cant really find a web site that sells both to compare. and also what are the options for stands, id like something wood with doors, but ive got a few things that generate a LOT of heat... are there stands that address that?

There is absolutely no difference at all.
Greg just likes to have the distinction of having the FLAGSHIP model.

I've looked at the specs before. I think the big difference is in the picture quality. If you can see the better picture quality of the Diamond, buy it. If you can't see the better picture quality of the Diamond, buy the Emerald.

There's no way I'm buying the Emerald because I don't want him to have the "better" TV. I'm waiting for the 80" FL-Diamond series.:rolleyes:

how do you like your 73" mitsu?

I love it. I have a plasma, a LCD and the Mits DLP and I would put the Mits up against anything as far as PQ goes.

When I asked my dealer the difference he said something like 1k...I said "I'll take the expensive one". Like DT said; I dont want the second best; I want the best:D
