I have alwasys been curious about how CRTs are actually produced. I know what they are composed of and how they work but I have never been able to find any photos or videos of how they are actually produced. I found THIS (http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.earlytelevision.org/images/26inch_crt-cutaway-hd.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.earlytelevision.org/crt_collection.html&h=1185&w=1191&sz=109&hl=en&start=25&um=1&tbnid=jS93VVhZ7BlPOM:&tbnh=149&tbnw=150&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dcrt%2Bmanufacturing%2Bphotos%26start% 3D18%26ndsp%3D18%26svnum%3D10%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%2 6sa%3DN) photo showing a cutaway of a CRT but that's as close as I've come. Does anyone know of any source that has photos or videos of CRT production? I'm really curious.

I didn't go all the way through this, but you might find this site (http://members.chello.nl/~h.dijkstra19/page3.html) interesting.

EDIT: Also, I doubt this is what you want because you are familiar with CRT basics, but I'll post it anyway: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cathode_ray_tube
