Boston Acoustics is introducing its P400 High Performance Slim Theater Speaker (http://www.audioholics.com/news/pressreleases/bostonacousticsP400speaker.php) at CEDIA. The P400 offers a unique three-channel solution that outputs left, center, and right channels from a SINGLE thin chassis designed to perfectly complement a 42-inch [or larger] plasma or LCD television or monitor, a DLP rear-projection console, or a traditional screen. The P400 can be wall-mounted, set on top of the display or utilize an optional stand.
The P400 employs a speaker array that consists of three 4-1/2-inch bass drivers, three 4-1/4 inch passive radiators, and three VR aluminum dome tweeters -- one set of each for the left, center and right channels. The P400 will be available in September from authorized Boston Acoustics dealers at a suggested price of $1,500 each.
