In $12k Home Theater System (http://www.audioholics.com/buying-guides/system-buying-guides/the-12k-home-theater-system/equipment-product-recommendations) there is written for Denon DVD-2930CI:

In addition this player sports an HDMI video connection and Denon Link 3 for multi-channel audio formats, has digital delay compensation for DVD-A and full bass management for DVD-A and SACD.

My interpretation of the above quote is that there is no digital time delay available for SACD, but the manual* I downloaded is silent on that matter with respect to both DVD-A and SACD. The specification page (http://usa.denon.com/ProductDetails/3262.asp) says it has:

Digital Bass Management for DVD-Audio/MLP/SACD, High (12dB) and Low Pass (24dB) with Speaker Configuration/Level Control and Delay Time Control: Selectable 40/60/80/100/120

The review of DVD-3930CI makes no mention of digital time delay either, as far as I can see.

Anyone that can confirm that the 2930CI has digital delay compensation for SACD?

*) I wish that reviewers will list a bad manual in the "Cons" section.

The German site www.denon.se says explicitely that 2930 has digital delay compensation for SACD:

Laufzeitkorrektur für DVD-Audio und SACD

I wish that reviewers will list a bad manual in the "Cons" section.I think after saying it like 5 times or so we figured they got it... Seriously, we hammered this home plenty. According to what they showed us at their summer dealer conference their new products have revised manuals BTW - they finally took the hint.

This is very good. In the 3930 review it was pretty clear what the reviewer thought about the manual, and I share the sentiment after downloading it.

What I meant is that a good/bad manual could explicitly by listed in the Pro/Cons section as well.
