I enjoyed it as well. Interesting computer rooms, etc if they are realistic setups.
Interesting dialog about Bobba Fet:D

The wife and I liked it as well. Some of the action scenes were a little over the top, but they were still cool to see.
"The last time I saw your girl, she was at the bottom of an elevator shaft, with an SUV rammed up her ***."

Nothing quite like wretched excess with a sense of humor. Bruce the Immortal can survive anything, dust himself off and continue the fight. Helicopters are taken down by flying cars, hovering fighter planes try to drop bridges on semis and hackers can operate anything up to and including your electric toothbrush by just typing in a couple of commands on their PDA. Even a rickety W VA power plant has a computer console with a function that shuts down all power in the US (Shut down power? Y N), although the bad guys also have a command that sends all natural gas in the entire East to the power plant. Much of it was filmed in and around Baltimore and I watched some of the scenes being filmed, but I guess they must have animated in the flying cars and explosions, because it looks pretty tame seeing it in real life. It's a fun movie in which the Mac guy in the Apple commercials does his best to be an actor.

Both the wife and I enjoyed this movie. Glad I saw it before Transformers, otherwise I may not as much.

I don't think much in there is realistic but it is good set design. I did get a chuckle in some of the outdoor scenes. Most are set in Baltimore but now and again they are driving in a familiar local place, they turn a corner and all of a sudden they are in California with palm trees and mountains. I am familiar with the place they called "Woodlawn" (the actual HQ of the Social Security Administration) and wondered how with all of the zillions of people that come and go from there, in the middle of a big-box, car dealer suburban area, how they managed to burrow the NSA under it with nobody noticing....movie magic I guess. If I were going to hide the NSA, which is just down the road a few miles, it sure wouldn't be in Woodlawn.

I wondered about that too, no matter where they are in a city. Lots of dump truck loads of excavated earth, concrete trucks to pump it in, etc.:D

I dunno why you'd have to hide anything about moving the NSA in.
Just bring in a bunch of computers and servers and so forth.. why would anyone suspect that the stuff isn't for Social Security Administration?
The NSA knows what they're doing. Hide it in plain sight :)

Can't wait for the DVD to come out...it's gonna be killer subwoofer workout. :D I totally agree.....
I'm holding out until it's DVD release because I'm always disappointed with the going 'out' to the movies experience.
This movie is no doubt on my must buy list. I'll definitely watch it on the friday night after it's tuesday release.......along with a few ice cold adult beverages:D

Naw you need to see it now, and then watch it again when the dvd comes out. Bruce was kicking a.s.s and taking names.

Yep. When the wife and I came out of Transformers, we looked at each other and said, "Die Hard was better."
