Trying to set up a simple two-speaker system and ran across these at a local shop. Used, decent visual condition, and sound fine. These are 8 inch polypropylene woofers and a strange little ribbon dipole tweeter on top. The enclosure is ported. The enclosure has four spikes on the bottom, and reasonable connection quality. Price is OK. So, are these worth getting? The details on the product archive at www.aurasound.com are not that complete. I just wonder if the design is at all worth having.

Speaker manufacturer and model are listed in the topic--Aurasound LST-827D. www.aurasound.com has a picture or two in their product archives section. Price was less than $175 for the pair.
