Here's the problem:
When viewing a standard definition station using the HDMI input (out of my Comcast HD DVR) the image gets shifted and remaining picture gets placed on left side. I then have to switch to the component input and it displays fine.
Conversely, when viewing HD channels through the component input I cannot view the on-screen guide for the cable box.
Hi-Def channels are fine.
Support at Optoma suggested an HDMI booster. I just wanted to get your opinions before I blew another $200.
