sony pearl and ceiling mount

Just ordered the Sony Pearl projector and was wondering if anyone who already owns one has used a ceiling mount. Is there a good universal one? Is the mount for the Ruby compatible with the Pearl? Unfortunately, I need to drop down fron the ceiling about 14 inches to clear a bulkhead, so I need a ceiling mount that can be extended. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would go with a Chief Mount...

You can get a 1.5" black pipe pole of the exact length you need from your local Home Depot/Lowes.
