I am looking for a monoblock amp for an Axiom M80 4-ohm speaker. I know about the Outlaw monoblock but are there other choices maybe somewhat more expensive and powerful?

Check out Odyssey Stratos or Khartago. They work pretty well with the M80's. At least to my ears :D

The Anthem Statement P2 is supposed to be excellent and great bang for the buck. Its not a "monoblock" but 2 completely sperate amps yield the same effect. Sold for $2250.00 to 3,000.00
Its 5 channel version, the P5 is reviewed here. Anthem Statement P5 review (http://www.hometheaterhifi.com/volume_11_4/anthem-statement-p5-amplifier-12-2004.html)

Rotel also offers a monoblock amp:

Class D amp with 1,000 wpc into 4 ohms and the all important 12V trigger.
(Of course there's my favorite, Krell......you said more expensive)

Your choices are just about endless in monoblocks, here is a link from audiogon to a whole slew of different monoblocks.
It appears that agon wont post the link with the word monoblock in it so you'll have to type in monoblock.

Sure you can, audiogon has all types of gear & i prefer to use it over ebay anyday, the sellers are much more reliable & the gear is always in great shape.
