I want to get a pair of compact speakers for mounting either on-wall or in-ceiliing and hook it up to my AVR-3803 for Zone 2 music listening in the dining area/room. Ideally, if they are on-wall speakers, I would like them to be of the size of small satellites such as Hsu V-12.
I am looking for a decent sound and pay around $300 for a pair.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mirage makes some small speakers that would go nicely on any wall.

Something like that, or if you wanted the bassier version, you could go for the Omnisat V2.

You can also check Anthonny Gallo stuff. http://www.roundsound.com/
Here's an old setup that I've made with two "gallo micro":

Very nice sound, I can assure you, but they lack bass (micro down to 100hz, diva 90, due 80)
