View Full Version : Speaker Repair
I am trying to 'clean up' a set of 'older' Altec Lansing 5100 computer speakers. However, I am not sure how to fix a large dent on the dust cap of the centre sat (is that what the shiny silver sticker-like cap is called?). Is it even worth fixing (i.e. does the dent noticeable affect sound quality), and if so (or for pure aesthetics), how would I go about fixing it?
Thanks
can anyone offer any advice?

The dent will not affect the sound of your speaker one way or the other.
