RUBY and HDTV

Can the media receiver from the ELITE plasma line feed a HDTV signal to the RUBY or do I need to keep my Samsung decoder for OTA broadcasts. I do not want a Comcast box as I have an antenna on the roof and receive all of the stations I need and want.

Any suggestions to someone who would like to lower the number of components in the chain?
