Plasma Pixelation Problems

When I am watching some HDTV shows on my plasma, I can see some pixelation occuring. I was told that the RG6-Quad Shield is struggling to push the huge amounts of signals from my cable company???? I was wondering is there anything I can buy to filter this bandwidth problem?
Personally, I think it's the cable coming from the Cable Company's interface box up the street TO MY HOUSE that is struggling with the bandwidth?

Most likely what you're seeing is compression artifacting. High-definition broadcasts for TV are compressed to a rediculous degree.. I'm amazed they get away with it, honestly.

Unfortunately, there is no fix.. it's the source file that's crappy, there's nothing on your end that can clean it up.
