Need a hand with car audio

Hi guys, I've mentioned it before but I work in the insurance industry and one of my jobs is detecting and reporting fraud. I've got another claim I'm working on and this time it involves car audio, a field which I am clueless about but I know several of you are very familiar with. I've already got the guy dead to rights (and I'm enjoying it, he's a tool) but it would be the icing on the cake if I could find out who manufacturers the subs in the attached photo. I know the resolution is low but if you could give me some leads based of the colour scheme of the logo it would be appreciated. I know it's asking alot, but this stuff is the only exciting part of my job ;), plus I really hate crooks.

A quick heads up as to what he's done:

Submitted a claim with false receipts for stereo components we can prove (with photos and eye-witnesses) were not in his car at the time of the accident. Of course what he's claiming for just happens to be about double the value of everything we've priced so far at full retail. For example he's claiming for a $400 MTX class D amp while we have pictures of a $200 Alpine POS amp. Also the store he has his receipt from doesn't sell Alpine, also the box he's claiming for isn't ported and cost an arm and a leg, while his box, well.... just take a look at the pic. He's also claiming damage to the box, damage to his wiring, yadda yadda yadda. We're actually sending someone out to do a re-inspection of the box hoping he'll damage it tonight to try and get paid. We really are all jerks. Thanks in advance guys.

I think they're Legacy subs, about $20 a pair from the flea markets lol. This is the only pic of the subs I have, our appraiser didn't take too many pics because the system wasn't originally part of the claim. When the guy found out that the speaker damaged in the accident was covered, and that the insurance company involved covers up to $1500 for after market stereo equip without a seperate rider, all of a sudden a week after the accident (and after the vehicle was repaired by the way) the guy "noticed" all of this damage.

Like I said we've got a guy going back out to "help" him with this part of his claim. We made sure he submitted his claim in writing to both us and the insurance company along with his receipts so that way this incident is documented. I don't want to say what shop provided the receipts, lets just say they are the other big box store to you Sheep ;). We're waiting till tomorrow after we've got more concrete evidence to inform the shop that one of their employees was complicit in fraud. Don't know what the result will be, but I hope there is at least a firing, but I doubt any real charges will be laid. That's the drawback. Costs more to prosecute than it's worth to the insurance company.

Looks to me like they are REAL cheap. I can identify a lot of car audio subs, and that is one I have not seen before. They are definitely $10-$20 flea market woofers.

Thanks a ton for the info guys, they are a brand called 2000 Acoustics, pretty sure they are either flea market or discount store stuff. Can't even find them on ebay. He's saying they were $400 for the pair. Our guy went to reinspect the damage and now one of the rear corners is smashed in, almost as if someone took a hammer to it ;). Funny, in the picture we have of the box that side is fine. Must have been delayed impact shock damage. lol
