I'm about to buy the denon 3805 and the following speakers probably, i just want some feedback first to hopefully avoid any potential mistakes. Keep in mind, this is for a speaker budget under $1000.

Front: Wharfdale Crystal 30/40(haven't decided between the models yet)
Rear: Wharfdale Crystal 20 Bookshelf
Center: Wharfdale Crystal Center Channel Speaker
Sub: PB12-ISD

I'd just like to hear some either encouragement or alternate advice before committing to something that I can barely afford.
Thanks,
Former HTIB buyer(sadly)

Would this setup be better than the SVS SBS 01 speaker package?

So, Wharfdale crystal speakers with 12in SVS sub or all SVS speakers with its 10in sub...

My thought would be to invest less in a receiver, and more in speakers - especially your front three.

My current speakers cost about 250% more than my receiver, and I'm going to upgrade my speakers before my receiver.
