Hi,
I am looking for a suitable center channel for my system. I have the proffesional M&K MPS-1610 as my left and right and I am looking for a center channel from M&K which will match them best. Any recommendations? What is the way to determine if the center channel will be a good fit? Is it all about the tweeter?
Thanks
N

Try the MP-150 (First one on product page in "The plasma series")

No doubts is a good speaker. Whether or not its in your price range is another story.

If you can place another one of those 1610 in the center, that would be ideal, of course. If not, check out what sheep suggested.

I have Acurus A200x3 driving the fronts for now. I have a CRT TV wich I will change at some point to a plasma or a DLP. Currently I have a LCR55 MKII as my center, but would like something bigger for more dynamic range. I know the best would be another 1610, but they are discontinued. I was wondering if I can use the S-125 center or the LCR750 or LCR851 centers. Thoughts?
Thanks

All those choices look good. What do your M&K's look like right now? LCR, square box? If its the LCR design, I would grab any of your choices. Make sure you listen first though. They might not have the same timber.
