From 2001 by John Puccio over at DVD Town. The same review. (http://www.dvdtown.com/review/Shining_The__New_Kubrick_Colle/7657/717/)

What did you just join this site to write that message? Tyson is from Home Theater Talk. This is his first post. :(

Not sure why you would plagiarize someone elses work. Last I heard it was illegal, definitely unethical, and a real shame. John Puccio is trying to get to the bottom of it, too.

Interesting, except that you were just banned the other day over at DVD Talk forums for this very reason, and your 'Shining' post was deleted.

The same "Shining" post was deleted over at Home Theater Talk.

Why it has not been deleted here, I do not know. You are not John Puccio, as I have been in correspondance with him over email. What you are doing is illegal. You should be ashamed of yourself. John told me he tried contacting someone here about this.

I couldn't stay quiet at this forum about it any longer. I joined yesterday. Yes, that's true. I can't let a fellow writer (John Puccio) have his work plagiarized, word for word, in this manner. This is why I am posting here now. I hope to post here again if I am welcome after this.

Somebody had to say something.

That's about it for me in this thread, though, as I've been down this arguement road with Scott Aruti before, and it's very tiring. Plagiarizing someone elses work is illegal. Hopfully this thread will be removed because of it.

Tyson;

thanks for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for taking so long to respond. I removed the post and DJ Scotty has been warned and we placed negative points on his reputation. If this happens again on his part, we will be permanently banned from using this forum.
