From Foxnews.com (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,177785,00.html):
So the big news is that Lucas is now devoting himself full-time to writing and producing "Indiana Jones 4." Steven Spielberg, of course, will direct.
Lucas told me that he's got a script now from Jeff Nathanson, and he's tweaking it. That won't go on forever, he assured me, and filming will occur before Harrison Ford goes into a nursing home.

What you quoted there was pretty much all there was in the article about it... The rest was for KK!
They better not screw this one up... Indiana Jones is one of my all-time favorite trilogies!

Yep, probably one of the few sets that all the movies were very decent. I definitely picked up that box set on release day :D I wonder if it will be earlier in the series or later? There's no more River to play young Indiana, so I'd guess it will be after The Last Crusade.

with Lucas involved, who knows.
at least Speilberg is directing; he's much more capable than Lucas could ever dream of being.
I just hope the story is more like Raiders or Last Crusade than Doom. If it's anything like Doom, I'll skip the theatre and find someone with a dvd copy, just as I did for SW3.

I thought they already screwed it up with Temple of Doom. I can't stand that one. Can't imagine them making one worse than that.
In fact, all they have to do is avoid screaming annoying women and annoying kids and they should do fine.

Yeah, that is my least favorite of the three (I think most people agree), but the Last Crusade really made up for it in my mind!
I'll definitely be excited when this one gets released!

My guess is he won't try to make Ford look young, so it will be a movie that takes him out of "retirement".
Spielburg was somewhat ruined as a producer when he discovered 3D/CGI technology - at least for several of his films. He may finally be coming out of it. He's like a mix engineer that just discoverd the panning joystick on a recording console. His "people" films are still excellent.

I haven't seen War of the Worlds, but I can't remember hearing much good about it. I suppose maybe I should rent it one evening....if I feel like throwing away $3.
