Dolby-EX ?

Does anybody know why the data flag on the Dolby digital-EX DVD movies, that is automatically triggered by the processor to play Dolby-EX does not work for the Lucas film Star War movies episode I, II ,and III?. It works on other titles. It seems strange the studio that invented Dolby-EX doesn’t have the data Flag. Any comments.

I believe that would be becasue they are not flagged. Why? Good question.
