Hiyas all.
I just got a spec sheet from Electrovoice for my 6 speakers...FR12-2. I need a opinion of them, and to know what they would compare to. I know this is difficult from just reading spec's and looking at different graphs.

If you have some time, and wouldnt mind looking at the pdf. http://www.public.asu.edu/~sbrehm/FR12-2EDS.pdf

Personally, I've auditioned a bunch of speakers at Best Buy and Circuit city, and thought these sounded much cleaner and crisp.

Thanks for your time.

Mulester: I'm really dissapointed in you; you didn't recommend a few 500 watt amps to go with the speakers. If you keep this up we will have to take the title of spambot away from you.

The Mule is Right! EV has been and will continue to make an awesome speaker. I have used them mny times in Churches and other pro venues. I also did a HT with a set of the EVIDS. I was very supprised at how clean they sounded in HT use. You will definatly not have a problem with EV speakers.

Enjoy!
