I feel, that signatures allow a little creativity of ones own equipment.
I belong to a few computer forums and they allow for a larger signature with img tags. They also allow for a avatar. However I say we could get rid of the pic in user bio.

Here are a few examples.... Granted these are from computer forums.
And all here would be more into making their sig more geared to A/V.

Plus it will give me time to brush-up on my graphics skills.

Here is the size madonion uses http://www.andrew.mason4.btinternet.co.uk/fm/GFSig.jpg

Flashing graphics or any kind of movement in a message I find distracting to the point of moving on to somewhere else.

I really don't want to encourage this. I like a more clean look.

If you got talent, why not display it. Plain white pages get boring.

Sorry guys I gotta agree with Clint. I like the clean look of this site over any other. Too much stuff in the way is just distracting to me. Not saying I don't appreciate the artwork but if everybody had it would be too much.

I too have to go with Clint on this.

Ok, so you don't like the artwork. Your choice!
That's the nice thing about being an American. We have the freedom of choice. We also have the freedom to expression. If the work is "clean" for all audiences and is limited in file size, why not?

I too am also somebody who likes to surf the computer and car forums. Those people have real talent. Most of them will gladly share their talent to help others.

And the "chiclets" and "smileys" aren't stupid?
