This series fuses the latest in speaker technology and design, along with contemporary styling, to create an industry benchmark. Designed by Energy’s chief engineer John Tchilinguirian, the classic lines of the Reference Connoisseur series are complemented by the real wood, hand rubbed, Black Ash, Cherry or Rosenut veneer finishes. Thanks for the update, Clint. This is very considerate of you. Those guys at API really did manage to distance this series from the Athena Audition 2 series; that old ASF2 was just too good. By the way, I like my roseNUT finish hand rubbed...eeek!

Ohmage.

Interesting. This will be in addition to the Connoisseur line? There were rumors of the original line being discontinued.

I hope Audioholics can get a set of these for review!

is there any energy reviews on the way? I really what to read one on the veritas I 2.4 towers. I heard them, and they blew me away. They had this midrange like I have never heard before. Non coloured, or harsh, just beautifully smooth, and un noticeable, just blended in with the whole bandwith of the speaker.

thanks alot,
