Unhappy Nad t743 overheat for no reason??

I unplugged my Nad t743 receiver for a day or so and now it comes up with "OVERHEAT" with nothing hooked up. Any ideas on what I need to do. I tried resetting it and that did not help. After 5 days of it being unplugged it comes up now and now cycles "Overheat" on and off with nothing hooked up at all.???

Looks like another one bites the dust.

I've heard NAD quality going downhill.
