    Unhappy Receiver with height restrictions

I live in an RV which came with a built-in surround sound system (5 speakers in the ceiling and a subwoofer). The DVD player/amp died (Curtis 6019B), and I'd like to replace the receiver (DVD not necessary) with another that enables me to use the system. I like the Yamaha RX-V367 (or 467) but I have a height restriction of 5" (5-1/2" if I take off the drawer). Do you know of a comparable model that will fit?
    Thanks!

I didn't kook at all the suggestions, but the ones I looked at all seemed to be receivers only, no DVD player.

I believe he's looking for one with a built-in DVD player. The only think that comes to mind offhand is this, which may be a bit of overkill for the inended use.

If you're looking for a one with a built in DVD/blu-ray, this one came to mind:

    http://usa.denon.com/us/Product/Page...b-9a828393d183

$1799 MSRP though , so that might be way more than you want to spend.

If you can handle the DVD and receiver part seperated, I'd agree with the previous posters and look at the Marantz NR1501 or NR1601 and a seperate Blu Ray player and save a lot of coin.

You guys are great ... thanks. Marantz it is. (Wattage is no issue; how loud can I be in an RV?) Still a little more than I wanted to spend... but I can take it from here. Thanks again.
